Are there any earphones that work with hearing aids?

I wear cic hearing aids and would like to find something other than huge headsets. A few days ago I saw a man with headphones that were like a mini speaker that pointed into his hearing aids. They wrapped around the ear, and at first glance looked like normal earphones. Does anyone know anything about these, or have any ideas?
